If you make very few sales, the free versions may be enough for you!
The paid versions will enable you to respond to more specific requests from your accountant, such as having specific accounting codes for each product, customer, or payment type, managing your assets, and more.
In practical terms, what needs to be done?
Activate and configure Woocommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
Each of your paid and delivered orders must generate an invoice.
Enable and configure Accounting for WooCommerce
All you need to do is Define general codes for each type of accounting information by following the « chart of accounts » provided by your accountant. It is a simple list of codes for your products, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods, accounting ledger, cost accounting, etc.
Set up accounting exports
so that it matches the format of the accounting software used by your accountant. The plugin is compatible with CIEL, Cogilog, EBP Accounting, GNUcash, ISAgri and many more!
The advantage: both plugins fit perfectly!
Go to settings: a new specific menu will appear, allowing you to use the invoice number generated by WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips in the accounting export.
