WooCommerce Paybox Gateway for Subscriptions

Adds support for the Paybox payment gateway to WooCommerce subscriptions.

Creates a specific tab in WooCommerce Subscription for managing recurring payments.
No changes to how Paybox works; it uses its own payment protocol. Calls go through the Paybox API.
No sensitive data is exposed or recorded during exchanges.
