I purchased one of your plugins, how do I get and enjoy updates?

We notify you of updates and their availability via email. Before our email goes out, we reset the plugin’s download permissions so you can get the update for free.

To get the latest version of the plugin, login to your customer area from our site, then go to the “download” tab to get the latest version of the plugin.

I purchased WooCommerce Accounting, how do I export with my different VAT rates?

For VAT management, you can declare different VAT rates in WooCommerce as explained here: Guide utilisateur WooCommerce

You can then go to WC Accounting settings: WooCommerce > Setting > Accounting > Taxes and delivery options to set the specific account number for each VAT rate.

The procedure is the same if you want to set up different accounts corresponding to the different types of deliveries you offer.
