Sell Gitlab project code on WooCommerce.

This plugin – used on the site you are visiting – makes it considerably easier to sell software on WooCommerce by connecting your WordPress to Gitlab.

It displays the tabs you can see above: Description, Files, and Change Log.

Select your Gitlab project directly from your product

Linking a WooCommerce product to a Gitlab project allows you to manage the essential steps:

Informations

  • Generic project information, such as creation date, last update date
  • The list of available versions (thanks to Gitlab tags)

Updates

Furthermore, when a project contains Releases and artifacts, these will be directly downloadable by your customers who have purchased the product. And this is perfectly integrated into the WooCommerce download ecosystem. An email can be sent automatically to each buyer for each release of the project concerned.

Support

Your clients will have the possibility to create support tickets (Help Desk) from the product page or their customer account, which will appear in your project on Gitlab.

Order tracking

GitCommerce enables better order tracking, changing the order status to « completed » once the customer has downloaded the file.
When updates are made available, a note is added to the customer's order once they have downloaded the new version.

Simplicity

To do this, simply install this extension and enter the Gitlab API key on the settings page.
