New feature for FAQtastic 1.4.0!
There’s nothing more frustrating than not finding an answer to your question in a chatbot! FAQtastic features a suggestion function to make it easier for you to populate your FAQs.
Question suggestion option:
- Whether or not to enable the option to add a block containing a button that links to a form for submitting queries to the site administrators.
- Support for administrator/user notifications: when a question is converted into an FAQ and an answer is provided, the user is notified.
- Customising the block and text
- Managing outstanding queries from the back office
- Converting the relevant enquiry from the list: this makes it easier to populate the FAQs and improves the user experience and satisfaction.
Other improvements
- Help for the chatbot in the start-up dashboard
- Added screenshots to the help section
