It provides a new type of customised FAQ publication and a taxonomy by theme, so that your questions can be well organised.

Installation

  1. Upload faqtastic to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
  3. Go to FAQs menu
  4. Add some questions/answers and assign them to thematics if needed
  5. Display them in a page using a query loop or the given pattern
  6. Go to the site editor and add the chatbot block in the header or footer in order the make it available in the whole site
